Maternity Shoot ~ Tampa

I met Morgan at the dentist office. She is the office manager and I am the patient. We always made small talk upon check in and check out. The last time I was there (which I will have you know left with a glowing mouth report) we got on the subject of professions. When I said I was a photographer she gasped and asked if I did pregnancy pictures. I hesitated with that answer. I had never done it before, was always slightly curious about it, but in all honesty wasn’t sure that’s the direction I wanted to head with my photography business. And if you know me, you know that pregnancy kind of freaks me out…. Okay it scares the heck outta me. The idea of growing a mini you inside your belly for nine months while not being allowed to consume sushi is way too much for me to absorb. Nonetheless I swallowed my fears and told Morgan I would love to shoot her pregnancy. Quite honestly after my maternity session with Morgan and her husband, Dino, first time parents to twin girls; I developed a new appreciation for pregnancy and maternity shoots. Here are some of my favorites.
P.S. Dino, Morgan’s husband, are the arms with all the tattoos. I had so much fun positioning them into the shots. Morgan and Dino I wish you two a healthy pregnancy and I look forward to meeting Izzy and Emma and doing their newborn session
